ANALGESIC GYMNASTICS

Following a careful analysis of the patients that attend the  Policlinics, an important rate of lumbar Syndromes, as well in acute phase as in chronic phase,  has been noticed. 
The pain located in the lumbar zone, in the whole backbone, heaviness to the legs, contractures, strength's lack, muscular pains, are among the symptoms  more communes in the lumbar syndrome, they can weaken up until  complete recovery through the analgesic gymnastic.
 
For this reason it  has been introduced at the Policlinics a Course of  ANALGESIC GYMNASTIC that foresees an initial phase of warming up, necessary to the adaptation of the patients, which follow selected exercises both body  free and with equipment proper to the specific demands of every patient. The phase of stretching is characterized by exercises of muscular extension  what allow the recovery of the movement of the backbone involving muscles,  tendons, bones and articulations.  

The free physical exercises settled for  the improvement of the motor coordination, of the equilibrium and articular mobility through  the utilization of various apparatus as: batons, balls, elastic, hung,  etc. what they allow the modulation and the variation of those exercises.  

Free Body exercises, postural and of strengthening , linked to a  control  of the respiration, the latter allow to strengthen in harmonic way all the corporal districts and to regain the physical comfort in total absence of  traumas and pains.

The most important aspect is to take care of itself in order to maintain a comfort 
psycho-physical and to prevent pathological conditions, which  rise up  for instance
when one conducts  a sedentary style of life and without daily physical exercise. 
    
The course comes to end with the phase of restfulness in the purpose to help  the 
recovery of the musculature involved during the activity.

- GLOBAL WARMING UP 
 
- EXERCISES WITHOUT  ACCESSORIES
 
- “BLANKET” PHYSICAL EXERCISES
 
- STRETCHING 
 
- RESTFULNESS
 
The complete course allows gradual exercises, adaptable to every personal demand  , with a slow rhythm of execution, therefore the course of ANALGESIC GYMNASTICS  is addressed to everybody. 
 
Schedules: 
 
- n. 8/10 periods of the general duration of 45 minutes. 
- Tuesday / Thursday  
- From 11:00 to 12:00 o'clock / from 15:00 to 16:00 o'clock
